Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Root Theory is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
